You haven't mentioned how old you are? The possibilities I can think of , with this brief history, are:
gastritis,
peptic ulcer,
irritable bowel syndrome, .
Any blood /mucus in the stools?
How many bowel movements do you have in a day?
Maintain a diary, with the name of the food consumed, the number of bowel movements etc.
I think it would really help if you could visit either your
primary care provider or a gastro enterologist to thoroughly examine and evaluate you.
In the meantime, Eat plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables.
Drink warm water, at least 8- 10 glasses of water a day.
Regular exercise 30 minutes a day for 5 days a week, promotes digestion and regulates good bowel movements.
Destress, by doing yoga and other
relaxation techniques.
