Hello,

There are several reasons of missed period beside pregnancy like hormonal imbalance, pelvic infection, stress, ovarian cyst, obesity, high prolactin level etc.

Here, you need to undergo one USG scan with blood test for beta-hCG to rule out pregnancy along with other pathology.

Kindly, consult with your gynecologist after above test reports. Take suggestive measures accordingly.

For sny query, you can directly ask me by viewing my profile. Good luck.
