Stopped Microgynon, Negative Home Pregnancy Test, Migraines, Tender Breasts. Period About To Start?

Hi, in November of last year, I came off my birth control pill Microgynon. It is now May and I haven t had a period. I ve taken home pregnancy tests and all have come back negative. I always use a condom and we check if it has split after sex - everything is always fine. Some months around the time I am due a period, I get PMS but not always. This week however, I have had pretty much all of the regular PMS symptoms: migraines, tender breasts, cramping on my right side, irritated, mood swings etc. Could my period finally be on it s way?
