hi there i am a 23 year old female i recently came off the contraceptive patch (in august) i have only had one menstral cycle since then and i am a few weeks late now my one and only cycle was in october in the early days of the month now i am having menstral type pains and cramps but nothing i have pain in my back my sides and my stomach i have done a pregnancy test which was negative and i had an episode the other day where i became hot inside and vomitted i also feel cramping in my groin area and inside

Hi,
To regain normal menses after withdrawal of contraceptive patch,one may need a period of at the most 3 months'.
The symptoms you have are of hormonal imbalance.It needs to be corrected by consulting a Gynac ,if there is no period within a months time
