Strained Bowel Movements, Cloudy Urine After Passing Stools, Burning Pain. Suggestions?
I am a 23 yr old male, after particularly strained bowel movements I sometimes have cloudy urine after emptying it (usually at the beginning of the movement). Sometimes it is excruciating and burns for about an hour afterwards; although seldom. This has gone on for about 4 years now I never thought anything of it but on an impulse i thought to look it up. Any ideas?

The cloudy urine should be investigated further with urine routine microscopic examination. If difficulty in passing stool also present than local proctoscopy examination is needed. I suggest you to consult nearby physician for detailed evaluation.
