Straining And Holding Breath During A Bowel Movement. Getting Sharp Pain In Temple, Nauseous. How To Get Relief?

Hi, Im a 38 y.o. male,yesterday I was straining & holding my breath during a bowel movement when suddenly there was a sharp pain & pressure in my left temple that lasted for about 10min., I felt a little background pressure throughout the day but this morning I was awakened by a massive sharp pain in my left temple with a bit of nausea . can someone help?

I really appreciate your concern looking to the history given here I would like to advise you that stop exerting the force at the time of defecation this could induce the symptoms of abdominal pain and nausea too just go in and sit there with complete ease, hope this information helps you, have a nice day.
