Stress Fractures On Pelvis Bone, Left Hip, Severe Pain. History Of Osteoporosis. Treatment?

I am 16 and was diagnosed with osteoporosis . I had 12 stress fractures throughout my pelvis none and 5 on my left hip. They said all but one healed which Is located on my middle pelvic bone. I am beginning to experience similar pain like I once had with the severe fractures. Can the fractures come back? Should I go back to my bone doctor?

Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
I would suggest you to go to a bone specialist and find out why you are having these fractures, As till you correct the cause you will keep having this type of pain. I would also recommend you to send your x ray image n this forum. Without x ray it is difficult to suggest something.
