Sudden Discomfort At Inside Of Leg, Groin Area. Had Been Sitting At Computer For 3 Hours. Pulled Muscle?

I was sitting at my computer at work about 3 hours ago and Iall of a sudden when I moved my chair to one side, I felt discomfort at the inside of my right leg, right at the groin area, like I pulled a muscle. It's still feeling quite uncomfortable and it's causing me to limp a little, as I walk.
It feels like a pulled muscle, but I don't know how it would have happened as I was not doing anything strenuous.
Could you give me an idea of what it may be? Thanks Linda

Hi,
It seems that due to sudden moving of chair there might be some imbalance causing back and thigh muscles went suddenly into spasm giving rise to this problem.
Nothing to worry, within short time you will be alright.
Apply some analgesic-muscle relaxant cream.
If require you may take pain reliever,muscle relaxant tablet.
Ok and take care.
