Sudden Finger Pain, Bruised, Cramps. What Could This Be?

hello, I am a 25 year old female. I had a sudden pain in my finger a while ago and the veins in that area looked all bruised, it felt like a cramping feeling. I felt a pain in the same area again the other day, without a cramping feeling, but the veins did look bruised. Now the veins look fine but if i press on them and that area it does feel a bit sore do you know what this could be?
