What Could Cause Finger Pain?

yes hi i have just got a pin prick feeling in my finger on the first crease before my nuckle, and its turn blue and feels tight, its not been banged to my knowledge, i have just put hand cream on,it happened a week ago too but on a different finger, it eventually goes down.

If there is fracture suspicion then x ray may be required.
You need to rule out possibility of infection.

You may need to take decision early to avoid further stiffness.
