Sudden Numb Foot While Sitting, Painful When Trying To Stand Followed By Fall. No Much Swelling, Bruising. Guide
A week a ago my foot "fell asleep" when sitting. I put pressure on it when I got up, and then I fell. When I fell, I turned it and sort of landed on it. It took me quite awhile to be able to get up and put pressure on it. I didn't ice it until a couple days later. I don't have much swelling and/or bruising. It's been a week and I still have pain. It seems to flare up after work and in the morning especially. What can I do? I want to get back in my exercising routine but I don't want to cause more problems/pain.
Hi, From history it seems that there might be having muscle strain giving you this problem. Apply some muscle relaxant cream on affected part. Take analgesic, muscle relaxant tablet for 2-3 days. After about a week you can start of your routine exercise. Ok and take care.
