Sudden Pain In Chest, Fluttering Sensation In Abdomen Post Eating. ECG, Echo Normal. Related Symptoms?

hello about a month ago, I was sitting at home and stood up and had a sudden pain in the middle of my chest .... countless tests have been performed and all clear... ecg , echo, holter blood work good, monitor, gastroscopy etc... Now after I eat, I get this strange fluttering my chest / upper abdomen on the left side... could it be related?... I still have no diagnosis, Any Ideas?
