Sudden, Severe Headache On One Side Followed With Weakness In That Side, Verigo. No Help From Neurologists. On Aspirin, Deplatt, Vertin 16. Advice

Sir,
My wife have severe problem in her left side head.suddenly pain starts in her left side head and after some times her left portion of body became week which continues full day.after that she starts recovery and became normal.During the period of headache lot of water starts flowing from her head .At this moment she suffered form the problem of vertigo.
I have consulted lot of neurologists but problem is still persists.At present she is taking aspirin ,deplatt,vertin16
Kindly give your opinion.

Thank you for the query.
In my opinion its a type of migraine headache which is known as hemeplegic headache and you need anticonvulsant or calcium channel blocker drugs to treat future attacks.It can be diagnosed by signs of stroke in CT or MRI.Even in migraine with aura will have such symptoms.Hope this answers your query.Thank you.
