Suffer From Chronic Back Pain, Kyphosis Lordosis And Scoliosis. Burning Pain In The Muscles. No Relief After Using Baclofen

I have chronic back pain, i have kyphosis lordiosis and slight scoliosis to left, it can get pretty severe pain on left side of my middle back, sometimes it feels like burning pain in muscle it increases with prolonged walking or standing, but i can run 5 km without problem,
i have tried many muscle relaxant to relieve this spasm as baclofen, dantrolene but no effect
what shall i do?

The chronic back pain that you have could be related to a herniated disc in the back or an inflammation. This can be properly diagnosed after an MRI scan of the spine.
