Suffer From Frequent Sinus Problems. CT Scan Showing Thickening. Need Surgery?

I have had constant sinus problems and got a CT scan done this past saturday. My ENT just told me it showed that I have thickening and he has prescribed an antibiotic and then wants to see me again in 2 weeks. I am tired of taking steroids and prescribed nasal sprays and intibiotics etc. Do you think this all will lead to me getting survery?

Hi
Welcome to HCM

The sinusitis mainly results due to infection and congestion for which you have to take decongestant nasal spray and antibiotics however when all these options fail and do not recovers with the medicine the sinus wash and irrigation is performed through surgery

Thanks
Regards
