Sinus Ct Scan While Pregnant

Im about 10 wks pregnant now and over the last couple of weeks ive had a tremendous amount of pain in the left side of my face( ears, jaw, eyes around my nose) and it feels like someones punched me in the face. It throbs all of the time and almost feels numb. I have been getting sinus infections a lot lately and also have a history of seizures ...im questioning whwt i should do and if im allowed to get a sinus ct scan while pregnant.

sinus ct scan during pregnancy is not advocaed owing to the risk of radiation exposure to the fetus. as such sinus infection is not a msjor illness and it can just be treated with antibiotics. so need of ct does not arise
