Suffer From Globus Pharageus. Feeling Bones And Pain In The Throat. Any Suggestions?

Hi, I was diagnosed with globus Pharageus last year. I have not had symptoms for a few months. A few nights ago I turned my head to the side and heard s crack in my neck. The globus symptoms came on right away. If I lay flat the symptoms are not too bad, but if I turn my head to either side or put my head down the symptoms become worse and very uncomfortable. Should I be worried about this? It doesn't feel like the normal globus symptoms I usually get, it kinda feels like the bones in my throat are out of place somehow and there is a sharp pain in the side of my throat.

Hello,
Thanks for the query to H.C.M.Forum.
Since you mentioned the name of the disease so we will discuss about this.
Since you are feeling a bone in the throat and feels that it is coming out from its place.
2nd query is feeling of excruciating pain either side of neck.

A sensation of a feeling of a constant bone ( lump ) in the throat , but no difficulty in swallowing.
This occurs usually in emotional disorders related persons.

Keep in mind I wrote EMOTIONAL DISORDERS it means stress or tension or emotions or even anxiety.
Mind one thing that you are feeling a bone ( feeling a bone is one thing. presence of bone is another thing).
Neither there is bone nor lump ,but feeling is there so Consult a psychiatrist and get in his opinion and get a treatment .
Hope I have answered your query.
If further any question I will help.
Good luck.
