Suffer From Low Grade Fevers, Joint Pain And Fatigue. Normal ANA Reports. What Else?

I am suffering from low grade fevers only in the morning. My temperature is 99.5 to 101.1. This has been on going for several months. I also wake up with strong aches in my joints, especially my knees, neck, shoulders, back and wrists. Throughout the day I'm extremely fatigued. I sleep at least twice during the day. My temperature is normal by noon. Other than that, I feel fine. I've had blood work for ANA, and other rheumatoid factors and they've all come back normal. Any ideas?

Gender ?
Past illness history?
Low grade fever with early in the morning and generalized body ache are suggestive of ENTERIC FEVER.
Since fever is from many months , this is an indication of typhoid fever ( enteric)
Other causes of fever may be,
Anemia,
Tuberculosis ( usually cough associated ,but not necessary, may be extra pulmonary tuberculosis).
Since you complaints that there is pain in joints also, may be a pain of muscles , may be mistaken for joint pain.
Consult a physician and get his opinion for assessment of disease.
