Suffered Colles Fracture Due To Fall. Throbbing In The Back And Head, Vomiting. Concerned

2 months ago fell from loft sustained collies fracture trans verse process fracture of L2 3 4 heamathorax home now but last couple of days pulsating throbbing in back and sides of head feel horrible today vomited x3 only way to describe is like white noise when move head from side to side feels like tele interference for 1 or 2 seconds

The symptoms that you have might be due to a head injury or a neck i9njury. This needs a proper direct examination to find out the cause. Do get an MRI head done.
