Suffering From Erosive Lichen Planes In Mouth. Not Given Steroids. Diagnosed From Nose To Right Eye. Control?

I have suffered with Erosive Lichen Planus in my mouth for 20 years. For the last year, I have been telling my doc it's in my nose. He just said he can't give me steroid shots in my nose and upped my Imuran dosage. My right eye has been running for the last two months and today I was diagnosed with lichen planus from my nose to my right eye. I am supposed to see an oculoplastic and orbial surgery doc in a month. I am scared and wondering what my options might be and what can be done effectively to control this progression.
