Suffering From Klinefelter Syndrome, Weight Gain, Wide Hips. Treatment Options?

my son is 31 years old and found out he has Klinefelter Syndrome when they tried to get pregnanat. He was very tall and skinny growing up and now gaining weight, wide hips, and breast inlargement. He has had many problems and it seems that medications he has been given the Klinefelter Syndrome rejects the meds and will not let the body absorb it. I told him I would see if there was any study groups out there for him or a specific doc he sould go to. He currently lives in XXXX

1. As it is a genetic disorder, thus is beyond one's control, although he can have a normal sex life, but cannot father children.
2.Unexplained weight gain, especially on the stomach or trunk, enlarge breast (gynecomastia),wide hips are associated features during physical examination. 3. If a man with Klinefelter wants to have children, he may be able to have his sperm collected through testicular sperm extraction (TESE). During TESE, sperm are obtained using a thin needle inserted into the testicle or through a small cut made in the testicle. Normal sperm are identified and then used for in vitro fertilization,talk with the doctor/Endocrinologist about future concerns and counseling for behavioral problems.

PS:
.Treatment may include hormone therapy, cosmetic surgery, speech therapy and counselling.
. As physical examination and chromosome analysis has been done, check with blood test for hormone levels and Sperm examination to check fertility.
