Suffering From MCH ,cold And Fever

What should be done in this case?
14 month MCH,
weight-8.6kg
suffering from Cont.Fever from last 10 days,little cough cold,
Treated with Syrup Advent ,Falcinil.it stops for 2days but started from yesterday again.
Malaria,Dengue test are Normal

I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You may have thyphoid fever or other viral fever or some other infection. You should go for complete blood count & widal test.
Consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly.
