Suffering From PCOD. What Diet Plan And Exercise Should I Follow To Reduce Weight?
Hi ,this is Anusudha , I am 4 FEET 7 INCH with weight 52 kg ..what is the correct weight for my height ...i wanted to reduce my weight , can u help me in suggesting a diet plan and few exercise which i can follow on a daily basis...also please note i have PCOD if I put on half kg weight i face problem in getting my periods ...plz suggest something where i can have a fit & shaped body
Hello, Your weight according to your height should be between 58 to 83 pounds. Avoid greasy and fried foods.Avoid junk foods,sugary foods and drinks. You must do regular aerobic exercises like brisk walking or swimming for at least 45 minutes a day. If you are not able to shed weight of yourself,then take the services of a dietician and weight trainer. Thanks
