Suffering From PCOS. Getting Brown And Wired Discharge. Missing Period. Prognosis?

I am 21 years old and have been diagnosed with pcos and I have had this discharge that has a faint smell and it looks like skin flakes in water its a brown tint and I also have this brown stuff in my discharge that looks like kinda how algey looks and its in clumps the size of my fingertip what could this be I haven t had a period in 5 months
