Suffering From Parkinson And Brain Is Not Working Properly
my mother suffering from parkinson, she is taking donep 5 mg, zolfresh but i think she is not responding to medicines. her condition is deteriorating day by day. nowadays, her parkinson is under control but her brain is not working properly. she is talking nonsense. sometimes she even gets annoyed with my father who used to take care of her ( she is bed ridden from 2 years) what to do ?

What u described here indicates that she is suffering from Dementia - in which person start forgetting names,things kept, new things happening in daily routine etc and remembers past thing very well..infact lives in past world only and behave like she was having routine in that past.
If prevented from it gets annoyed and have irritability on small small trivial reason and sometimes along with this irrelevant talk,abusive aggresive behavior may occur.Though there is no medicine to bring her completely normal but there is medicine to arrest her brain deterioriting condition and decrease her irritability.
Have consultation with ur physician again and also with Psychiatrist who can help u.

Hearing, seeing, or feeling things that are not there (hallucinations)
False beliefs or thoughts that are not based in reality (delusions)
Appearance or mood that shows no emotion
Problems paying attention
