Hi,
Tingling sensation in your hands may not be related to UTI and bladder infection. Bladder infections usually cause pain, burning and sensation of incomplete voiding. The description of bladder full of cotton balls in not completely comprehendible and I would request you to send in additional information on you past infections and prescription medications.
