Suffering From Acidity. Colonoscopy Suggests Hietal Hernia. Taking Bystolic To Level Heart Beat. Suggestions?

My Wife is having terrible problems with gas from her stomach so much that it is destroying her quality of living. We've been to her gen practioner, she sent us to a gastor doctor and a heart specalist. Gastro Doctor gave her three types of prescription antiacids and Dycyclomine, can not see they are working at all. Gastor Doctor also did colonoscopy and throat to stomach camera and found an issue of (sp)hietal hernia. She got better after a few weeks and problem seem to go away, but in last two to three it has come back just as much as before we went to the Doctors. The Heart Doctor gave her Bystolic to level the heart beat, that seems to be good.
By the way might not answer until Wed or Thur. Thanks.

hi
thank you for the query
sir I have gone through your query understood your concerns...I will try my level best and will help you in clearing your concerns regarding relapse of your wife symptoms ..sir hiatal hernia is a surgical condition where you will have the gastric reflux ...it doesn't get relieved with some simple antacids and anti spasmodics what you have mentioned ...better options and choice of drugs would be PPI s like rabeprazole, ilaprazole and H2 receptor blockers over a period of time these would limt amd provide relief from the syptoms until you see your doctor.....bystolic has nothing to do with relapse of the symptoms..
thank you
hope I have answerd your query
