Suffering From Bad Cold, Sticky Dark Green Stool, Has Cough, Lost Weight. What Can Help?

Hello sir, My son is 4 months old, he was suffering from bad cold since few days and loose motions since 10 days. Now he has started passing sticky watery dark green stool and almost 5-6 times a day! he keep on putting his hands in mouth all the time. But he is not weak nor he lost weight. we took him to our nearby doctors but they are saying that its because of cough.
please advise.

Thank you for asking question on health care magic
it looks like infective diarrhea
give sporolac ,a probiotic daily once
give an antibiotic like colistine sulphate twice daily
continue breast feeding
if no relief within 2-3 days consult a pediatrician
