Suffering From Breathing Problem. On Regular Exercise. Any Advise?

sir,i am 19 years old and i am having breathing problem while bathing also when i am thinking about it.Earlier i used to have this problem while sleeping but now i am having this problem in day time.I am trying regular exercises like running in the morning,but it is not working please tell me what is the problem with me and what should i do ..

Hi and thanks for the query,
this shall require a critical evaluation to know exactly what is going on. It might to precise whether you a smoker or not? whether you have family history of asthma or heart disease or not?
It might be important for you to do a chest X ray and respiratory volume measurements to exclude asthma or other lung disease first. I suggest consulting a pulmonologist could be of much help.
