Suffering From Chest Spasm, Breathlessness. X Ray Done. Findings Meaning?

I have been suffering from chest spasm and a bit breathlessness since last few days.Amoxycylin antibiotic is going on. Mouth becomes very often dry.Bit no cough is present. Chest X Ray was done. In the report it was written Bilateral bronchovascular prominences are present .What does it mean and what is its treatment?

Thanks for writing to HCM

Bronchovascular markings become prominent in infection. It also becomes prominent due to many other reasons.
You should complete course of antibiotics.
You also need clinical evaluation. If there is spasm in chest then you need bronchodilators like salbutamol or terbutaline.
