Suffering From Cold And Cough

Hi,My son is One & half year He has always Cold ,Nasal Congestion, Sound comes nose,Once a month we went to doctor for this problem some times fever also comes . All doctors told this is not a major problem ,this follow for some months and after only cure they give cold syrups like tuspel plus,levoline,sinerest,woncef,pedicold,mucolite,ascoril, and we give nebulizer for 3 times for 5 days & we put deripilin injection one time & for which syrup is best we given already crocin syrup but prescribed P125,calpol syrup

Hi,
Thank you for asking question on health care magic.
Crocin,Calpol and p-125,the brand names different ,but medicine is same i.e., Paracetamol.
Any one syrup will do.
Steam inhalation will help relieving congestion.
Zinc syrup once daily.
do not expose the child to cold atmosphere.
Avoid cold drinks and ice creams.
antihistamine syrup like cetrizine and saline nasal drops locally gives relief.
