Suffering From Constipation And Vomiting. Have Liver Cirrhosis And Umbilical Hernia. Taking Ursodil, Zanocin And Becazol.Suggestion?

Name:- Nadir Khan Age:- 58 Years Sex:- Mail Probleem:- Cirrosis of Liver with PHT, on secondary prophylaxis for varical Bleed , DM,Hyperspleenism, ascites ,Umbillical Hernia Drug taken:- Cap Happi D 1 OD (morning) Tab lasilactone 1 at 8 AM, 1 at 4 PM Tab Ursodil 500Mg 1 after meal Liq. Lactihep 15 ml night Tab Zanocin OD 400 mg 1 after meal Cap Becasol Z 1 at night Liv 52 DS 1 morning 1 evening Curent issues :- CONSTIPATION , Mild ASCITES, Vomating Yellow liquid every 10 to 15 days, Very Low apptide

Hi, I think you should increase intake of Syp. Lactihep,so that you have atleast 1-2 bowel movements daily .Increase it gradually ,until you get relieved.The vomiting may be related to your deranged liver functions and you might need to take anti emetics along with the above medications.Avoid spicy and fried food,restrict salt intake and take high protein diet.Hope it helps.
