Suffering From Constipation, Prescribed Softovac, Fiber Substitutes. Problem Recurring. Bleeding With Looze. Cure?

hi.. am 23 yr old female and i have been suffering from constipation for about 2 yrs.. i was prescribed Softovac and other fiber substitutes.. though it helped me initially, the problem seems to be recurring often. now i have been given Looze, a lactulose solution. but still the initial part of the stool is very hard (followed by soft stool) and it bleeds. please do help me out.

Hello.Bleeding with depositions is common in people with constipation but if starting defecation is difficult and constipation is common is advisable to go to your doctor.He will do a rectal exam to rule out any pathology of the rectal ampulla (sometimes there may be obstruction ) and will request, perhaps, an abdomen radiography to rule pathologies related to constipation.
