Suffering From Dandruff, Itchiness. Tried Henna Treatment. What May Be The Cause?
dr.i am 22 years old and working as an administrator in a school.my hair is full of dandruff..i get itching all through my head and even all through my body also.. When i use a shampoo,,just for 3 hrs it will be little okk..then itching and falling of scalp....i have scalp also on the backside,and even in my front...i have just did a henna treatment of rs150..but no use,,,plzz dr xpllain the things detaily what should i do to get rid of this thing...help me.....

it is seborhic dermatitis
it can be mixed with fungus
try using fluconazole tab 150 mg once a week for 6 week
anti allergic tab sos for itch
apply antifungal lotion on scalp at nigh and wash with ketaconazole shampoo in the morning
long time usage required to get rid of it
