Suffering From Duodenal Ulcer, Took Omez And Healed. Pain Again. Suggestions ?

Sir, Good Morning I am from India. I am suffering from duodenial ulcer from 10 years. I took Omez for some time and it was healed. Just from 10 days I am feeling some pain. Shall I take these omeprozole, clarithromycine and amoxilline. If I have to take How many days and what dose. Can you give suggestion please. sir. I can not pay any thing. If you want to give answer with pleasure or OK sir.

Hi, Thanks for using HCM.

If you are experiencing same type of pain it could be from duodenal ulcer.
You can take omeprazole 20mg for 7 days and antacids.
antibiotic treatment is not necessary every time.
If your pain is not reduced with above treatment, you need to get ultrasound abdomen done.
If you develop severe pain abdomen, vomiting up blood or bloating need to visit doctor immediately.
