Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..
I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..
As per your complain external piles or external
hemorrhoid occurs when a vein gets swollenuder the anal akin secondary to over straining like in conditions of
constipation, diarrhea,
pregnancy and non surgical child birth..
I would suggest you to
consult a Proctologist and get evaluated and a clinical examination is commonly sufficient for diagnosis..
If needed he can also advise investigations like anoscopy,
Sigmoidoscopy, digital examination of rectum etc..
In case of piles you can be advised to apply Steroid cream around the anus and not inside to relieve itching and burning..
You can be advised to do cool pack to reduce swelling..
Sitz bath can be relieving in which you need to sit in a tub of warm water..
Avoid spicy food and drink plenty of water..
You should avoid constipation by taking a high fibre diet, more of Probiotics like Yoghurt and maintaining hydration..
Laxatives can help in easing bowel evaluation in case if you have hard stools that can cause straining and irritation..
You should also not let diarrhea to linger longer as it can also cause irritation and inflammation..
In case of still there is no improvement
surgical treatment like
rubber band ligation, hemorrhoidectomy or removal of swollen vein or other treatments like application of Sclerosing agents can be done..
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards.
