Suffering From Frequent Urination. Feel Very Hungry. Had Short Period For Two Days. Normal?
I am urinating almost every half hour... I eat my regular meals which have now eliminated starchy carbs in an effort to lose weight but I remain excessively hungry to the point of moodiness and all I can do is think of eating but I try my best and focus on the goal. I work out at least 15 minutes high intensity and then go about my house business and being a mom. Laying down and closing my eyes helps ease the hunger pangs somewhat but It does not subside unless i eat bread. I recently went to the doctor because I had a very short period that lasted only 2 days which is very unlike me so they ran a blood test to check insulin and thyroid as well as pregnancy and all came back in the normal range. WHAT IS WRONG WITH ME???
Hi,
Thanks for the query.
As you decreased the intake of food, it will affect your weight and also hormonal levels.
That can lead to menstrual irregularity and your scanty flow can be due to that.
You once verify your calorie intake is sufficient for your daily activities or not.
If not try to increase some amount of calories.
Don't worry about scanty flow, once your diet and weight stabilize the flow can become normal.
