Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hi,
Welcome to Health care magic forum.

With the available described details, there appears to be possibility of peptic ulcer disease.

You should consult with internal medicine specialist / gastroenterologist and should go for thorough check up.

You should also go for endoscopy, urea breath test for Helicobacter pylori, thyroid function test, serum amylase and complete hemogram.

Treatment depends on exact diagnosis.

Thanks,
Dr. Mayank Bhargava
