Suffering From Hair Loss. Hair Transplant Done. Prescribed Finax, Might Cause Impotence. Alternative Medication?

I just gone hair transplant yesterday and my doctor prescribed to me finax 1mg along with minoxidyl 5%. (for loacl application, twice a day) he said i might have to continue taking it for life, to prevent hair fall . i heard Finax causes impotence . is their any cover i need to take along with Finax or any other alternative medicine do you recommend which i can take after sometime.

The medicines that you have been prescribed are associated with the side effects like low libido. To decrease this effect, it is best to use these intermittently and use it for three weeks and then one week off after consulting with your dermatologist.
