Suffering From Headache & Stomach Pain

Hey there,So I have a headache and stomachs ache, my stomachs hurts after I urinate or poo. I ve tried drinking water, tums, and peppermint tea. I did take some echinesea this morning but I m not sure if that s ok the case! If you could help me out that would be great!
