Suffering From Headaches And Vision Blurriness After Pneumonia. What Can Be Done?
I recently had pneumonia and had a headache for about 3 weeks with it. I am better now but feel like my personality has changed somewhat (angrier, less patience and some trouble pulling words out of my head). I also have recurring headaches on one or the other side of my head, along with some vision blurriness. I do know that I had a lower oxygen reading when I was diagnosed with the pneumonia. Is it possible that my current headaches are connected to my recent illness.
Hello, Thanks for choosing health care magic for posting your query. I have gone through your question in detail and I can understand what you are going through. Yes it is possible that the low oxygen saturation might have cause some mild changes in your brain leading to change in the personality. But mostly these changes are reversible and you should just give it some time. If the symptoms persist then you should see a psychiatrist. He may like to prescribe you some antidepressants for the same.
Hope I am able to answer your concerns. If you have any further query, I would be glad to help you.
