Suffering From Hyperthyroidism

hi doctor , im female 24 years old , weight 40.8kg. i was diagnose with hyperthyroidism 2 years back. my free T3 is 3.48 , free T4 is 1.11 and my TSH is 1.08. that shows that they are under range but still m facing hair loss. 50 to 100 hairs in every brush. what could be the reason?

Hello
Good day. You didn't mention if you are on treatment for hyperthyroidism. Your current TFT is normal. Hair loss need not be necessarily due to thyroid disorders. It could be from various other factors. How is your periods?
You may consider meeting a dermatologist for hair loss. Please understand that anybody would lose up to 100 hairs a day and normally you gain them back
