Hello,
The most important treatment for PCOS,besides medication,is regular exercises and shedding of weight.
You must do daily aerobic exercises for atleast 45 minutes a day.
Reduce your calorie intake and shed your weight.
It is said that a mere reduction of your weight by 10% should help you in getting your normal periods.
Another important medication is use of METFORMIN 500 mg twice daily for at least 6 months.
Talk to your doctor for this.
Thanks
