Suffering From Joint Pain, Muscle Pain And Extreme Cold

I am 37 and have joint pain and muscle pain when its extremely cold (15 or below). It bothers mostly my upper body. I feel like I have the flu. It seems to mostly happen when its very cold outside. Its warm in our house 64 and I am bundled up but my hands, arms, neck, back, chest , hips and feet are sore all day long. What can be causing this?

Hi, I am dr. Ramez Mohammed.

I had gone through your question and understood your concerns. I think you are suffering from stiff muscles and pain in the joints as a result of colder weather outside and also as a result of climate change out of the house. So I advise you to be careful of the cold weather so as not to lead to inflammation of the nerves as complications. Taking anti-inflammatory and painkiller when the need with complete comfort The home and it might make you feel for comfort.

Hope above information helps you, and if you have additional or follow up questions then please don't hesitate in writing to us. I'll be happy to answer your questions.

Note: For further queries, consult a joint and bone specialist, an Orthopaedic surgeon. Book a Call now.
