Suffering From Loose Motion, Having ORS, Coconut Water, Curd Rice. Taking Light Medication. Suggestions?

HI Doctor,
My Wife age 24 years suffering from loose motions since 4 days, she has been given daily ORS, Coconut water, curd rice. Whatever she takes immediate going by watery motion. Taking medicine as Doctor's suggested, but still no control. Please give me immediate home remedy just for immediae control or atleast relief.

take tab oflox - TZ twicw a day for 3 day. along with tab loperamide one or twicw a day if still motions are not under controll.
