Suffering From Overweight. Feels Agitated And Depressed. Taking Champix. Continue?

Hi,
My husband has been taking Garcinia Cambogia and green coffe beans the last 2 weeks. He also started Champix and has not noticed a difference in his appetite or weight loss while taking Garcinia and the coffee beans could this be because of the Champix? I also have noticed he is very agitated and depressed since he has started the champix should he stop using them?

Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hi there ~

I understand your concerns for your husband and it is credible to believe that he has been trying his best to get rid of the excess weight. Unfortunately there are only two ways to gaining or losing weight - one being exercise, which will increase your appetite or help lose fat and the other being eating right, meaning to say eating more or less if you want to gain or lose weight. Thought there may be medicines that help in the process, the above mentioned are natural and do not have side effects. I hope you understand. Please consult a psychiatrist who can help with these issues.

Take care and have a lovely day!
