Suffering From Pain In Lower Right Hand Side Of Body

I have a sharp pain in lower right side of body when I move into certain positions, I know it s not damage to ribs but is just below them, it also hurts when you breath in deeply, I am 34 years of age, male, I wonder if it has been caused by manual digging as it started the night after this 1 day ago. I have not suffered with this problem before?

Thanks for query,
Yes, it is due to manual digging only.
If we are not habituated of doing daily then muscles got stretched and go into spasm causing pain.
Nothing to worry, take analgesics with muscle relaxant will sole your problem.
