Suffering From Pelvic Pain And Burning After Bowel Movement. Can Taking Miralax For Constipation Cause Pain?

I have seen my gyn/ob doctor for this pelvic pain, pressure/ burning and all test are negative. I have even had a ultrasound, pap, antibiotics for maybe a UTI but all negative. This IS NOT related to anything gyn.
The thing that I notice is this pain and burning happens immediately after I have a bowel movement. It's really painful and needless to say quite embarrassing. What could this possible be? I have always had problems with constipation but that it under control. I take Miralax on a regular basis. I have never had a problem with it even when you needed a script. Is it possible that the Miralax had a salt or sodium base and causing all this pain or is this something serious? I need to resolve this for it has been going on for months.

HI
Than for asking to HCM
I really understand your problem, this may not be due to constipation but could be due to the acidic nature of stool, If I would be your doctor then I would treat you with "Omeprazole" 40 mg once in day with "Domepridone" this would give good result have nice day and nothing to worry about this.
