Suffering From Piles, Bleeding While Passing Stool, Inflammation. Options Other Than Surgery?
Hi Doctor , I am suffering from piles for last 10 years .Sometimes it bleeds while passing the stool...and after every stool discharge , I need to push these inside the anus as some 2-3 different pieces of flash come out. There is always an inflammation while passing the stool and I have observed that the luke warm water gives me relief. From 2 days, a new rectum has developed outside the anus which is making so difficult for me to sit..Please help...I have consulted a surgeon and he said that it is in stage 3 and operation needs to be done....Please help me with some prescription which can avoid the operation. Thanks a lot Sir.
Hello, I went through your problem. For the last 10 tears you are suffering from 3rd degree external piles which do not regress inside even after defecation . Moreover you have bleeding also. The problems you are facing are 1) Painful Defecation - sometime constipation also 2) Bleeding - which may lead o severe anaemia 3) Even sitting is difficult It is a minor surgery and complete cure is obtained. The other alternative is Rubber Band ligation - highly painful, indicated only for internal piles and may need a second sitting Your Dr's advise is 100% accurate. There is no other go. Do the surgery as early as possible and get rid of your symptoms Best wishes
