Hi

You have two problems. One is acne and the second is dandruff.
Both of these are common in people with a very oily skin.
So avoid using oily products.
Do not use hair oil.
Avoid using oily creams.
Use a anti dandruff shampoo regularly atleast twice a week.
For the face, something like a salicylic acid based face wash would be helpful.
Avoid eating nuts as these can increase acne lesions.
You might need oral and topical drugs if the problem still tends to persist.
